These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of OX BOT, the AI back-office assistant by OX IT Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OX BOT works inside your email to draft responses, prepare summaries, and surface items for review. The service is review-first: nothing is sent, filed, deleted, or changed without your explicit approval.

2. Accounts and Activation

You activate your own account; we do not activate paying clients without your direct instruction. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for reviewing everything before approval.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

OX BOT is billed monthly: Solo $97/month, Team $197/month, Brokerage $297/month. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and may be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

4. Pilot and Early Access

Early-access clients understand the product is under active development. Features may change and occasional errors are possible. Review-first approvals are your safeguard: always review before approving.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive review-and-approval texts and service alerts from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use OX BOT for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content of messages you approve.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI drafts are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OX IT Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination and Changes

Either party may terminate at any time; on termination you may request data deletion via oxbotai@oxitsolllc.net. We may update these Terms; the current version is posted at oxitsolllc.net, and material changes will be communicated to you.
